When I knew that I'm selected for course 13, honestly I wasn't very happy. I didn't have a clue what will be on our classes and what are we going to learn, only I hoped that it won't be very hard and difficult, because I'm using my computer mostly for internet. I was optimist and I tought that this number 13 won't be bad luck for me. Later it turn out like that.
The first class here on ISUM was fabulous. We had a break to meet each other through little task. From that moment I knew that nothing will be tough for me. After that for he first time we went in the computer lab were we learn how to create a blog. That was my initial meeting with blog and the web page, blogger. To create a blog is incredibly simple process. We only had to fulfill 3 easy steps, and we could start to publish a post. This word, publish was include in our second class. We learned about literacy which means "read and write skills". Every person has different literacy. For ex: I have a literacy in volleyball, but I don't have it in baseball. After explaining this word, we talked about DEAPR. Single letter has a meaning. D means design, E- encode, A - assemble, P - publish and the last R - revise. This steps are important when we want to write something, to make a project or even if we want to pack our luggage. Unconciously we use this process. The next classes were combined with DEAPR. We were making a brochure about our birth place and creating a flyer about our favorite book. So first we had to think about the desing then to encode information, to bring them together, and to revise and publish it. Interesting and very useful thing that I've met was authentic problem. With giving an authentic problem, students can be motivated to learn more, to do some researches if are necessary and to become better on a specific field. Some of the classes was not very attractive for me. This is like this because I don't want to paint, but the class was about painting our shoes. It's really complicated for me to paint and draw. But my shoes were ok :-) Web quest was the next thing that we learned about. A useful method to stimulate the students to do some researches on a specific field. It contain an authentic problem which has to be solved on the appropriate way. Oh I'll almost forgot to mention that we make a PowerPoint presentations. One was for ourselves, and it was multimedia, but the other was hypermedia where the topic was "Life in ISUM". This presentations includes sound, text, animations, graphics and video which are combined to communicate information.
All this that was learned on our course "Teaching with technology" is helpful for us - future teachers because we've get know with new methods of learning which I hope will be used in future. Everybody knows that the technology is developing more and more, and everything will be conected with computers. From all this I can say that I don't regret because I was part of this program and this course. Besides learning, here we had a great time, everyone is friendly, positive and open-mind person. There's only one thing that I regret, the ending of this summer university. I wish there were more week, perhaps one more. But that's it. We can't change that. I'll save in my mind all good things from here (there were no bad things), and all the teaching and learning. The professors are great persons and they know how to give us the essential information. At the end I'll say: Thank you for everything. I promise I'll be good teacher and I'll try to transmit my knowledge on the suitable way like you did it.

MY FIRST CLASS
TITLE: Text translation
TOPICS: English language
AGE: 4th grade high school
GOAL: The main goal of this problem is students to learn more about their second school language – English. There are many phrases, two-meaning words which aren’t very easy to learn, remember, use and the hardest thing to translate it on appropriate way. The translation has to have completely meaning, and it mustn’t be literary, because on that way will seem ridiculous.
AUTHENTIC PROBLEM: The director of the high school received 15 letters which were written on English. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have anybody to do the translation, so he needs huge help because after the translation the letters will be sending to other directors. Students are required to do the translation in order to help him. This project is given to the students of 4th grade, because they are older and their studying is almost over. But also they have to practice their translating skills.
DESCRIPTION: Every regular class in our school lasts 40 min. My class has 30 students. At first I will make small groups of 2 students and each group will have to translate one letter. Then I will represent the task. The letters will be shown on projector, and will start to read them together. After reading one letter we will together explain some words. I won’t bring dictionaries because everything will be done on computer, so there are online dictionaries, When the reading and explaining will be over, approximately for 20 minutes, the groups will get one letter, and they can start translate it. When they finished their work, next step will be printing the letter. With that our task will be finished.
TECHNOLOGY: Projector, computer, printer.
EVALUATION: My evaluation will be based on their work; how do they translate the letter, is it correct or not and does it have meaning. In here I’ll include grammar, word order and also the usage of Microsoft Word.

Web Quest
New thing that we've learned on class was how to make a Web Quest. It is very useful method to stimulate the children or students to do some researches on a specific field which will be given by the teacher. Web quest includes authentic problem which has to be solved on appropriate way.
With this the student can learn how to gain information and to access information using the internet.

Hypermedia
The use of hypermedia tools in the learning process has a number of important implications for schools. It offers new methods for structured discovery, addresses varied learning styles and also accomodates nonlinear exploration, allowing educators to present information as a web of interconnections rather than a stream of facts.
Hypermedia is a motivating and empowers students. Furthermore it helps them to develop expertise with communicating in these environments. Learning to create hypermedia environments prepares students to be knowledgable about learning from and using hypermedia environments.

Multimedia
Multimedia means many mediums. Media are tools we use to store, process and communicate information. In a multimedia program, media - of text, sound, graphics, animation and video - are combined to communicate information.
Multimedia program is simply a compendium of information which are different encoded. This program is useful for the students because there are varieties of modalities in which information is presented. This make the classes and the lessons much easier, because through the media tools learning can be effortless.

PowerPoint presentation
To make a PowerPoint presentation is not a hard process. Simply you have to know how to design it and to present it. If we go by the steps of DEAPR nothing will be much easier.
This is very useful method of teaching because there I as a future teacher can show to my students through pictures, text, sound everything that can help them to understand the lesson more clearly. So, it can be multi or hyper media presentation. Also students can express themselves through presentations.
This is very interesting way to teach and learn. It very easy and I think that the classes are more appealing when some rarely used methods applied in the class.
